Leveraging Resources Today to Rebuild Puerto Rico's Tomorrow
The existing transportation systems are in need of revisions to include a comprehensive approach to its Island-wide development, operation and maintenance that make improvements to the existing infrastructure, completes the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, congestion mitigation, and respond to future disasters impacts. This will require addressing Public/Private cross-cutting issues, paradigms shifts and unfunded costs for new enclaves.
