Introduction and Conceptual Description
This report was an agreement between the Northeast Florida Regional Council (NEFRC), the Town of Welaka, and the Center for Hydro-generated Urbanism (CHU) at the University of Florida to help the Town find creative solutions to develop a town center, upgrade existing infrastructure and create a new environment for visitors and the community.
