Introduction and Conceptual Description
The Community Planning Technical Assistance grant was an agreement between the Volusia County Fairgrounds (VCF) and the Center for Hydro-generated Urbanism (CHU) at the University of Florida to help the Fairgrounds find creative solutions to revitalize the site, upgrade existing infrastructure and create a new environment for the Fairgrounds and the community.
